This will be followed by a reading of the Declaration of Independence at 1:30 pm.
On Saturday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm the John Walter Cape Community Band will perform American heritage tunes at the Friends Pavilion.
On Sunday at 2:30 pm learn some of the history of the American Flag at the Welcome Center.
